We know your time is valuable; please complete the online paperwork prior to your visit. Confirming your insurance coverage in advance is also recommended. Loose clothing is suggested for your comfort.

On-boarding of new patients is a 2-step process. At your first visit, a very thorough consultation will be done. This consists of a full medical history, your current situation, physical exam and various orthopedic tests. If necessary, x-rays will be taken on-site.
After all your information has been compiled, the doctor will determine what the issues are and how to treat them. This visit typically takes about 20 minutes, if paperwork is completed beforehand.
At your second visit, you will receive your report of findings. Your doctor will review all test results and x-rays with you. You’ll receive your diagnosis, recommendations for care and get answers to any questions you might have. Once this is completed, if you decide to continue care, you’ll receive your first adjustment. This visit will run about 15-20 minutes.
Regular treatments will generally be about 15 minutes, depending on the treatment protocols.
On your second visit, the doctor will advise how long treatment will take and the cost. We accept most major insurance plans, No-fault, Workmen’s Comp, HSA plans and Medicare. Major credit cards are also accepted. Our staff can answer all your questions regarding payment.
